Admin Assistant

Job Description
Remote work-from-home position! Intriguing opportunity available at a boutique law firm in the Greater Seattle area. Detail-oriented, organized, efficient administrative assistant needed. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling meetings for multiple investigators, maintaining multiple investigator calendars, transcribing memoranda, and taking messages as necessary. Candidate should possess a desire and ability to work remotely for a fast-paced firm, along with the skills to prioritize and multi-task. Candidate will assist with investigation management including interacting with clients for document requests and processing, organizing, and numbering documents electronically. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proofreading and transcription experience is a must. Further, selected candidate will have a strong background in MS Office applications; must be an expert in Word. MS Office certifications will be a huge plus, especially for Word. MS Office skills, background, and credit check required. Preferred hours are from Monday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. PST, six hours per day. Individual must be a WA State resident.
