MFR is comprised of two attorneys, Marcella Fleming Reed and Laura E. Yamashita, and a certified fraud investigator and CPA, Bill Reed. Marcella and Laura provide legal advice to employers regarding employment and labor-related matters, conduct workplace investigations, and provide human resources advice to Washington employers. Laura and Marcella have worked together for nearly 20 years, first at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, later as executives with the Boeing Company, and now at MFR Law Group. Both are extremely responsive and have notable backgrounds and credentials. Bill Reed assists MFR in investigations requiring forensic accounting and finance expertise.
